When you book an intake session, you'll get set up in a portal and fill out an intake form (~30 min.) ahead of time. I'll review to get familiar to maximize session time.
During our initial session, I'll get to know you, your lifestyle, preferences, goals and challenges. This is how I can personalize each recommendation so that it's realistic and effective for YOU.
We'll decide on a course of action together, and I'll follow up with an initial protocol with guidelines, resources, recipes, tests to be ordered, supplements, etc. depending on what our goals are.
Between sessions, you have the freedom to reach out and ask questions or share your experience with the protocol. We'll schedule follow ups and adjust your plan as needed, whether it's building on your progress or trying a new approach altogether. Sometimes we have to change course before we get it right!
As we progress, we can re-run tests, take new inventory, and measure your results. The goal is to get you feeling back to your best self and able to use the tools you gained to not need me anymore! (Though I'd love to stay in touch and check-in as life changes!)
